Job summary

Jet Aviation in Bozeman, MT, seeks a Line and Ramp Agent to support flight operations, assist crews and passengers, and ensure safe, efficient ramp activities. You’ll work with a team in a dynamic airport environment, performing ground handling tasks with precision and a strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities include fueling, towing, marshalling, luggage handling, and maintaining cleanliness. Training lasts 4–6 weeks; shifts may vary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above).
• Willingness to work flexible hours – rain or shine.

Responsibilities

• Safely handling aircraft ground operations including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment.
• Delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities.
• Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to safety, quality and cleanliness standards.
• Supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
• Handle ramp operations while following safety and quality standards.
• Provide porter services — delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers.
