Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the USA for any employer.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and work in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Properly complete services and repairs according to safety requirements and procedures.
• Produce quality work and meet production objectives set by management.
• Accurately complete and record multi-point inspections and repair orders.
• Ensure vehicles are returned clean after service.
• Maintain an inventory of standard mechanic tools.
• Use tools and shop supplies economically and return tools promptly.
• Communicate issues with Service Advisors and departments to improve customer experience.
• Report safety or integrity concerns to management as needed.
• Maintain and update ongoing manufacturer and dealership training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
