Job summary

BMW of Ridgefield is seeking an organized and customer-focused automotive dispatcher to support the daily operations of the Service Department. This role coordinates workflow, maximizes technician productivity, and helps ensure every customer receives the premium experience expected from the BMW brand.

You will oversee the daily flow of the service drive, dispatch repair orders, monitor technician capacity, and communicate with Advisors, Technicians, and Management to keep the shop running
