Job summary

BMW of Ridgefield is seeking an organized Automotive Dispatcher to support the daily operations of our Service Department. This role coordinates workflow, maximizes technician productivity, and helps ensure every customer receives the premium experience expected from the BMW brand.

You will manage the service drive flow, dispatch repair orders, monitor technician throughput, and communicate with Advisors, Technicians, and Management to deliver outstanding service and on-time vehicle turnarounds.
