The PAC Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Audio Systems Engineer to lead development, integration, and validation of in-vehicle audio systems. You will drive speaker selection, acoustic tuning, and vehicle-level system integration from concept through production launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE, Electronics, Acoustical Eng, or related field.
• Hands-on experience developing, integrating, testing, and validating automotive audio systems.
• Proficiency with acoustic measurement and tuning tools (Klippel, Audio Precision, SoundCheck, etc.).
• Knowledge of vehicle electrical/electronic systems and audio architectures.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define audio system requirements, specifications, and performance targets.
• Lead speaker selection, placement, and vehicle-level packaging/integration.
• Conduct acoustic measurement, tuning, testing, and validation.
• Support prototype builds and vehicle-level testing; troubleshoot audio issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Electrical, Hardware, Software, Interior, Infotainment, and Vehicle Integration.
• Partner with suppliers on development, reviews, and issue resolution.
• Carry validation plans through to production launch.
