Job summary

indiGO Auto Group in Riverside, CA is seeking a full‑time Automotive Service Technician for our Jaguar Land Rover of Riverside team. You will diagnose, repair, and service luxury vehicles, collaborating with a skilled team in a fast‑paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of Service Technician experience, completion of technical training or an apprenticeship, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Jaguar/Land Rover experience is preferred, and you must be detail‑oriented and trustworthy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years’ Service Technician experience required.
• Completion of technical training school or factory apprentice program.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and with written documentation.
• Self‑motivated and diligent; extremely organized with attention to detail.
• Clear focus on delivering high‑quality work.
• Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check.
• Jaguar and/or Land Rover Service Technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive next repair or service job from dispatcher, advisor, or team leader.
• Perform a diagnosis and report back with required work and obtain authorization.
• Review vehicle history and applicable factory bulletins; note any campaigns.
• Make notes on required work and parts; request parts as needed.
• Complete authorized repairs and document results; ensure vehicle is cleaned and tested if needed.
• Inform supervisor of job completion and note any additional work.
• Pursue required training and keep records of certifications.
