Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver an outstanding member experience while guiding technicians' workflow. You will listen, ask the right questions, prepare estimates, schedule work, and communicate clearly about services and charges.

The role requires strong customer service focus, automotive knowledge, and the ability to work with a shop management system. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required; ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent certification (GED) required.
• 3–5 years industry experience in auto repair.
• ASE certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Interact with members to determine auto repair needs and provide great customer service.
• Document repairs and maintenance work into the shop management system.
• Ensure BAR requirements are met in Repair Order preparation and documentation.
• Source and estimate parts for repairs to customer vehicles.
• Suggest repairs for safety and performance and prioritize for customers.
• Review repairs with customers from original estimate to final payment.
• Perform basic record keeping and administrative tasks.
