The Premium Auditor (Workforce Team) leverages expertise in Workers’ Compensation and General Liability audit processes to support workforce planning, work allocation, vendor management, performance monitoring, and operational excellence. Working closely with the Workforce Manager and Premium Audit leadership team, this role is responsible for assigning and balancing audit workloads across internal staff and external vendors, monitoring capacity and service level performance, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
The Premium Auditor (Workforce Team) leverages expertise in Workers’ Compensation and General Liability audit processes to support workforce planning, work allocation, vendor management, performance monitoring, and operational excellence. Working closely with the Workforce Manager and Premium Audit leadership team, this role is responsible for assigning and balancing audit workloads across internal staff and external vendors, monitoring capacity and service level performance, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources. The role oversees vendor relationships, evaluates production, quality, timeliness, and overall operational performance, and analyzes workforce and audit-related data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Through data-driven insights and recommendations, the Premium Auditor (Workforce) helps optimize resource allocation, enhance audit outcomes, improve customer experience, support scalable operations, and contribute to profitable growth, while upholding AmTrust’s mission, values, and professional standards. Those located near an AmTrust office may be required to abide by a hybrid schedule. The expected salary range for this role is $46,600 - 70,000.
