Job summary

Bray and Scarff is seeking Appliance Sales Specialists to join its retail showroom team. You will work in a high-integrity, relational sales environment with a broad product assortment from premium washers and dryers to luxury appliances.

Strong consultative sales skills, attention to detail, and a goal-driven mindset are essential. This role offers commission-based earnings, a paid ramp-up training period, and the potential to earn between $80,000 and $120,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in big-ticket sales (e.g., appliances, electronics, auto sales, real estate).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work hard and demonstrate perseverance, determination, and self-discipline.
• Retail Sales experience is preferred, but relevant sales experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Achieve goals/objectives.
• Generate quotes/invoices.
• Meet and communicate with customers at each stage of the sales process to close the sale, answer questions, and provide follow-up and assistance for all aspects of our product and service offerings.
• Utilize and update our contact relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Maintains store appearance standards.
