Job summary

Bray & Scarff is seeking Appliance Sales Specialists to join our Virginia retail showroom. You will sell high-ticket appliances, build relationships with customers, and strive to meet or exceed sales goals.

Commission-based earnings are strong, with training pay during ramp-up and opportunities for advancement within a world-class team. Required is 2+ years in big-ticket sales, excellent communication, and a proactive, persistent work ethic.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in big-ticket sales (appliances, electronics, auto sales, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work hard and demonstrate perseverance, determination, and self-discipline.
• Retail sales experience is preferred but other relevant sales experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Achieve goals/objectives.
• Generate quotes/invoices.
• Meet and communicate with customers at each stage of the sales process to close the sale and provide follow-up.
• Use and update CRM tools.
• Maintain store appearance standards.
