Responsibilities

• Welcome guests by name and assist during their stay.
• Own the guest experience from start to finish.
• Provide information on facilities and services for booking.
• Complete daily sales paperwork and reporting.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and report incidents.
• Support rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Stand for the full duration of shifts.
