Job summary

Hyde Park Hospitality, LLC is hiring a part-time Airport Lounge Attendant for The Club lounge at Louis Armstrong International Airport. You will deliver food and beverages, assist staff, and ensure a superior guest experience in a fast-paced lounge setting.

The role requires a welcoming demeanor, strong communication, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Schedule includes weekends with a sign-on bonus of $200 and benefits such as PTO and EAP.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Present information clearly in one-on-one and group settings.
• Maintain composure under pressure and awareness of surroundings.
• Maintain a presentable and polished appearance in keeping with service standards.
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
• Physical ability to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours.
• Availability to work weekends and varied shifts.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds and to walk/bend/stand as required.
• Pass and maintain required certifications including alcohol service and health department mandates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive guest experience and resolve complaints in line with policy.
• Serve as the liaison between Front of House and Back of House staff.
• Communicate food orders to chefs and note allergies or special requests.
• Assist wait staff with setting tables and refilling drinks.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and safely to tables or lounge areas.
• Check in with guests and take additional orders as needed.
• Keep guests informed about menu and offerings.
