NPOC Wellness and Aesthetics is a Maryland-based med spa with injectables, lasers and weight management. This non-clinical role drives revenue by selling memberships and services, coaching front desk handoffs, and converting inquiries into booked treatments.

Candidates should have 2+ years in commission-based retail or luxury brand sales, with availability for evenings and Saturdays; Zenoti experience is a plus. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission and team bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years in a commission or quota carrying retail, hospitality or membership sales role.
• Demonstrated experience selling memberships or recurring programs.
• Comfort with a point of sale or practice management system; Zenoti is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Pull daily collections reports, translate gaps into units, and run two daily sales huddles.
• Explain recommended services in plain language and present memberships before pricing.
• Close sales, collect payment, and record sale accurately in Zenoti.
• Coach front desk to maintain consistent handoff and two-option offering.
