Job summary

Nurse Practitioner On Call LLC is seeking a non-clinical sales-forward professional for its NPOC Wellness and Aesthetics division in Baltimore. You will own the sales process, from inbound inquiries to converting opportunities, including memberships, packages and retail sells.

Responsibilities include leading daily sales huddles, driving service of the week, and ensuring accurate revenue logging and handoffs from clinicians. A premium customer experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a commission or quota carrying retail, hospitality or membership sales role.
• Experience selling memberships, packages or recurring programs.
• Comfort with a point of sale or practice management system; Zenoti experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull daily collections reports and translate gaps into units.
• Run short sales huddles to align on daily goals.
• Present memberships and packages, and collect payment at point of sale.
• Log and follow up on inbound calls as sales opportunities.
• Coach front desk teams to mirror the handoff and two-option approach.
