Job summary

Nurse Practitioner On Call, LLC is seeking a non-clinical sales-focused team member in theBaltimore/Waldorf area who drives memberships, packages, and retail sales. You will own daily revenue, translate reports into units, and coach the front desk to ensure consistent membership handoffs and two-option booking offers.

The role emphasizes commission-based earnings, evening and Saturday availability, and working with an inherited client list to convert leads into active bookings.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a commission or quota carrying retail, hospitality or membership sales role, with performance against target you can speak to specifically.
• Demonstrated experience selling memberships, packages or recurring programs.
• Availability for evenings and Saturdays.
• Reliable transportation between our Baltimore and Waldorf locations.
• Professional presentation and communication consistent with a premium aesthetics brand.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily sales numbers: pull open/close collections reports, translate gaps into units, lead two short sales huddles daily to align the team.
• Sell the services available today and drive service of the week.
• Manage inherited client list: laser hair removal packages, lapsed memberships, unused balances, past histories.
• Explain each service in plain language and present membership/packages before quoting prices.
• Close sales: present two appointment times, collect payment, record sale in Zenoti, log inbound calls as opportunities, follow up on unbooked consultations.
• Coach front desk to maintain consistent handoff and membership presentation.
