Job summary

NPOC Wellness and Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our Waldorf, Maryland team. This full-time position covers aesthetic consultations, advanced injectables, and comprehensive wellness programs with a concierge-level patient experience.

The ideal candidate holds an active Maryland NP license, a national NP certification, and at least 2 years in aesthetic medicine. DEA/CDS registration is required or obtainable, with strong anatomy knowledge and exceptional

Qualifications

Active Maryland Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
National Board Certification (FNP or AGNP preferred).
Active DEA and CDS registration (or ability to obtain).
Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine.
Demonstrated experience performing cosmetic injectable procedures independently.
Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment.
Experience managing medical weight loss patients.
Knowledge of peptide therapies and regenerative medicine.
Experience initiating and managing hormone replacement therapy.
Excellent communication and patient education skills.
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive aesthetic and wellness consultations.
Perform advanced cosmetic injectable procedures and develop personalized treatment plans.
Manage patients enrolled in medical wellness programs.
Maintain compliance with Maryland regulations and clinical protocols.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and medical assistants; mentor staff.
Document accurately in the EMR and support quality improvement.
