LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) in Illinois to own consultations, design personalized treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey—from first hello to long-term loyalty.

This full-time role offers $20/hr base plus uncapped commissions, with average first-year earnings of $70,000–$95,000. Weekend availability is required; comprehensive training and benefits are provided to support your success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Weekend availability mandatory.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services; present financing options.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a premium patient experience.
• Use the CRM to manage leads and patient history for each consultation.
