• Supervise daily premium accounting activities, including workload assignment, prioritization and deadline management.
• Provide day-to-day direction and coaching to Pasadena-based accounting staff.
• Monitor premium collection activities across all U.S. regions and ensure timely follow-up on overdue balances.
• Review and support retrospective rating adjustment premium calculations, billing, and collection activities.
• Coordinate with billing operations, underwriters, producers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate premium and commission processing.
