THE POST

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work with Southend YMCA, a registered provider of social housing, and Southend YMCA Community School ("an Academy"), which supports the most vulnerable young people in the area.

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of a safe, clean environment for young people to live and learn, and oversee the timely delivery of planned responsive maintenance works completed to industry standards and statutory requirements.

The post holder will support the Housing & Facilities Manager as well as the School Business Manager to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the end-to-end maintenance function and oversee facilities projects.

Additionally, the post holder will be expected to support and further the aims and objectives of Southend YMCA.
