Qualifications

• 2+ years in premises liability, general liability or insurance defense litigation.
• An eye for detail, and the patience to get the surveillance footage, maintenance records and witness accounts lined up.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of files: early investigation, discovery, motions, mediation and trial.
• Depositions of plaintiffs, store and property staff, security experts and treating physicians.
• Arguing summary judgment and other motions on notice and causation.
• Trial work, growing in responsibility as you do.
