SourcePro Search, LLC represents a leading international law firm seeking a Litigation Associate in Miami. The role sits in the Trial & Defense Practice, offering exposure to general and product liability, premises liability, and complex tort matters.

Ideal candidates hold a JD from an ABA-accredited school, Florida bar admission, and at least 3 years of substantive litigation experience. Strong research, writing, and trial prep skills are required.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience
• Experience handling general liability, premises liability, or complex tort matters
• Exposure to product liability defense preferred
• Legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs
• Participation in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Strong writing, analytical, and research skills
• Interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-moving environment

Responsabilités

• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed analyses
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other filings
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Interview clients, eyewitnesses, and relevant parties
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reporting to clients regarding case status and strategy
• Engage in direct communication with clients and insurers
• Assist in all phases of case development, litigation strategy, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with partners and team members to advance case objectives with efficiency and precision
