Qualifications

• University degree required; 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• FINRA Series 7, 66 preferred; Life and Health Insurance preferred.
• Strong client relationship and sales capabilities with the Mass Affluent segment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention.
• Build internal partnerships to drive revenue and growth while managing risk.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Lead and collaborate with ecosystem partners to achieve client penetration goals and advice/value delivery.
