We coordinate project scope and timelines, provide on-time payments, and handle scheduling and material deliveries so crews can focus on quality workmanship. We seek reliable crew leads or managers with clean tools, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment

Qualifications

• Experience with residential siding installation.
• Reliable crew lead or manager.
• Own tools and equipment to complete the job.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential siding projects.
• Work with vinyl, James Hardie, engineered wood, metal or cedar siding as required.
• Coordinate project scope and timeline with the Ideal Siding team before work begins.
• Meet project timelines and quality standards as agreed with the client.
