Job summary

East West Bank is seeking a Premier Relationship Manager in the United States to advise premier clients and manage their end-to-end banking needs. You will work with internal teams to provide professional financial guidance and timely responses to client inquiries while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will build strong relationships with new and existing clients, identify opportunities, and coordinate with product specialists to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• FINRA Series 6, 63, Life and Health Insurance licenses required; must obtain Series 7 within 6 months of joining.
• 5+ years of proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience.
• Relationship management experience with high-net-worth clients or equivalent.
• Strong sales, communication, cross-selling, sales planning, mathematical, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Broad knowledge of financial products and services.
• Understanding of the business banking client segment and products/services appropriate to complement Premier offerings.
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive client acquisition, outreach and retention for revenue and share of wallet.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager/Branch Manager to implement client-centric marketing plans and generate new business.
• Demonstrate curiosity about clients, translate insights into sales strategies, identify and convert opportunities, deliver client experience.
• Connect with product specialists to provide advanced input to fulfill client needs.
• Promote products and services to potential clients and refer to other business units when appropriate.
• Support branch improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with audits and quality assurance.
• Maintain operational integrity and adhere to East West Bank principles.
