Job summary

Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking an OB/GYN physician for a premier women’s health practice in Murfreesboro, TN, near Nashville. Board-certified or board-eligible physicians are invited to join a physician-led private practice with a strong patient base.

The role offers a starting salary of $300,000+ with productivity incentives, a 1:6 call schedule, and potential for partnership. Residency graduates in 2027/2028 are encouraged to apply and relocate support is available.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Tennessee.
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Residents completing OB/GYN training in 2027 or 2028 encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Manage routine and complex women’s health conditions.
• Deliver prenatal, postpartum, and preventative gynecologic care.
• Perform obstetric and gynecologic procedures within scope of practice.
• Participate in a shared call rotation.
• Collaborate with fellow physicians and clinical staff.
• Build lasting patient relationships while maintaining high standards of care.
