Job summary

Omni Austin Hotel Downtown is seeking a Guest Service Agent (Part Time) to deliver exceptional service on Omni Premier Floors during breakfast and happy hours. You will set up, serve, and maintain the Premier Lounge and assist Loyalty Ambassadors and Guest Experience Planners as needed.

The role requires strong guest service skills, weekend availability, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Omni offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a vibrant downtown setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required.
• Cashiering experience is preferred.
• Fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
• Guest relations training is preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with warmth and efficiency.
• Explain hotel services and hours to guests.
• Set up and maintain the Premier Lounge during shifts.
• Assist guests with reservations and special requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to satisfy guest needs.
• Keep the lounge clean and well-stocked throughout the shift.
