Job summary

Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club in Northeast Florida is seeking a dedicated line cook to join our premier culinary team. The role focuses on hot line preparation, high quality cooking, and strict adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a culinary operation, English language literacy, and a willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Training and certifications are provided as part of development.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with ability to read, speak and follow written and verbal directions in English.
• 2+ years of experience in a culinary operation.
• Past experience on cooking a hot line.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual at all times.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends and holidays.
• Must arrive on time, consistently.
• Maintain proper uniform and hygiene standards.
• Ensure area is clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow safety rules and immediate reporting of hazards.
• Cook orders promptly with high quality products.
• Assist teammates as needed.
• Provide courteous service to members.
