Job summary
Invited in San Diego is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the golf course and surrounding grounds, performing semi-skilled maintenance and construction tasks to keep landscapes pristine and functional. You will operate mowing equipment, plant and care for greenery, trim trees and shrubs, and collaborate with club teams to meet safety guidelines, service standards, and the overall ClubLife experience.

Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Preferred knowledge in landscape management or groundskeeping maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered equipment for mowing and maintaining facility grounds.
- Utilize light equipment for hauling materials and removing debris.
- Water and fertilize greenery around the facility to promote healthy growth.
- Grade and prepare soil plant beds, lay sod, plant vegetative material, and seed as required.
- Trim trees, prune shrubbery, and cultivate shrubs and flowers to maintain landscape aesthetics.
- Complete daily assignments to meet Club standards and align star service focus expectations, ensuring areas are free of trash and debris.
- Assist others as needed and follow management instructions.
