Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Greenskeeper to maintain turf and landscapes across golf-related areas. The role includes mowing, irrigation, fertilization, and landscape upkeep to ensure top playability and aesthetics.

Responsibilities cover routine maintenance, equipment operation, and coordination with the maintenance team to meet club standards while adhering to safety guidelines and schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, fairways, tees, and roughs to maintain playability and turf health.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides per agronomy plan and safety guidelines.
• Water turf areas and adjust irrigation systems for optimal moisture.
• Monitor turf conditions and address pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
• Operate and maintain equipment (mowers, aerators, sprayers) safely.
• Maintain clubhouse landscaping, including flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Trim and prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Prepare soil beds, lay sod, and plant new vegetation as directed.
• Keep all areas free of debris and meet club standards and quality expectations.
