Job summary

Invited is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the golf course and surrounding grounds, ensuring a safe, pristine, and welcoming outdoor environment for members and guests.

You will operate mowing equipment, perform light construction tasks, and support landscape improvements while following club standards and safety guidelines. The role requires outdoor work in varying weather, weekend/holiday hours, teamwork, and opportunities for growth with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in landscape maintenance preferred.
• Willingness to perform outdoor physical work.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered equipment for mowing and maintaining facility grounds.
• Water and fertilize greenery around the facility to promote healthy growth.
• Grade and prepare soil beds, lay sod, plant vegetation, and seed as required.
• Trim trees, prune shrubbery, and cultivate shrubs and flowers to maintain landscape aesthetics.
• Complete daily assignments to meet Club standards and service expectations.
• Follow safety guidelines and assist with additional tasks as needed.
