Job summary

Invited is seeking a Greenskeeper to maintain the golf course turf and landscapes, ensuring optimal playability and aesthetics. You will perform mowing, fertilizing, irrigation, and landscape care while supporting maintenance goals of the club.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, monitoring turf health, applying treatments, and contributing to the construction and upkeep of greens, tees, and bunkers. This role involves outdoor work and adherence to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Preferred: knowledge in landscape management, greenhouse operations, or groundskeeping maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, fairways, tees, and roughs to maintain proper height and playability.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides according to the agronomy plan and safety guidelines.
• Water turf areas as needed and adjust irrigation systems.
• Monitor turf conditions and identify issues such as pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
• Safely operate mowers, aerators, and sprayers.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs.
• Keep all equipment clean, well-maintained, and stored properly.
• Maintain and enhance landscaping around the clubhouse, including plants and trees.
• Trim and prune trees and shrubs for healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Prepare soil beds, lay sod, and plant vegetation as directed.
• Keep all course areas free of debris and in good condition.
• Assist in construction and maintenance of new features like greens, tees, and bunkers.
• Ensure daily tasks meet club standards and quality expectations.
