Job summary

PENN Entertainment, home to Sorellina by Giada, seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, uphold brand standards, and drive financial performance in a luxury dining setting.

You will partner with the Executive Chef, manage front- and back-of-house teams, recruit and develop leaders, ensure guest experiences meet the highest standards, and maintain compliance with all laws and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience in high-volume, upscale or fine-dining settings.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, labor, and P&L.
• Ability to lead and develop large diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for front-of-house.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef on front- and back-of-house operations.
• Deliver elevated, personalized guest experiences.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and control costs.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Ensure compliance with laws, health codes, and policies.
