Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a Premier Experiences Specialist to join the Marketing and Client Development team in Boston. This role sits within the Strategy, Transformation & Growth Team, shaping scalable, data-backed frameworks to translate brand experiences into measurable market performance.

You will manage end-to-end event logistics, registration, vendor coordination, and on-site execution, while maintaining data integrity in CRM systems and supporting post-event analysis.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and iManage or similar document systems.
• Available to work overtime as required.
• 3+ years in marketing, business development, or related strategy/growth functions.
• Experience in professional services industry and/or B2B marketing.
• Must have CVENT, TicketManager, and CRM experience.
• Experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, and onsite delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute core logistical elements of premier events, including venue research, onsite coordination, and transportation management.
• Build and manage event registration sites and attendee communications (invites, reminders, post-event notes).
• Serve as the primary administrator for event tools (Cvent), ensuring data accuracy and workflow functionality.
• Coordinate production and shipping of brand collateral, signage, and premium gifts for events and sponsorships.
• Act as day-to-day contact for vendors (A/V, printers, shipping) to ensure on-time, on-brand deliverables.
• Provide on-site support for events (registration desks, room setups, troubleshooting).
• Ensure clean entry of attendee data into CRM and event platforms for a single source of truth.
• Manage contract processing and file appropriate signatures.
• Oversee inventory of premium assets and ensure availability for global activations.
• Support budget reconciliation and post-event readouts.
