Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a Premier Experiences Specialist to join the Marketing and Client Development team in Seattle. The role supports the Strategy, Transformation & Growth Team to translate brand experiences into repeatable business impact.

You will manage tactical logistics, registration, on-site execution and data integrity across premier events. Key responsibilities include coordinating venue research, vendor management, event technology administration, and post-event reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of applicable experience in marketing or business development.
• Must have professional services industry and/or B2B marketing experience.
• Must have CVENT, TicketManager, and CRM experience.
• Experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, and onsite delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute core logistical elements of premier events, including venue research, onsite coordination, and transportation management.
• Build and manage event registration sites and attendee communications.
• Serve as the primary administrator for event tools (Cvent).
• Coordinate production and shipping of brand collateral, signage, and premium gifts for events.
• Act as day-to-day contact for vendors (A/V, printers, shipping) ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide on-site support for events, managing registration desks and room setups.
• Ensure clean entry of attendee data into CRM and event platforms.
• Manage administrative side of contract process, routing for signature and filing.
• Oversee inventory of premium event assets for global activations.
• Support reconciling event budgets and processing invoices.
• All other duties as assigned.
