The Trustees of Reservations is seeking a Sales & Events Manager for The Elanor Cabot Bradley Estate in Canton, MA. You will drive wedding, corporate, and social event sales, coordinating with exclusive partners and managing calendars, budgets, and client communications.

You’ll oversee planning and day-of execution, supervise staff, and expand venue utilization year-round while maintaining Trustees’ standards and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Formación

• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue and sales goals.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills with hospitality mindset.
• Degree from an accredited college or comparable experience.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main contact for wedding and private event bookings at the venue.
• Own annual booking, revenue, profitability, and utilization goals.
• Collaborate with exclusive caterer, photographers, planners to drive new business.
• Oversee event planning, coordination, and day-of execution.
• Ensure adherence to policies, venue standards, safety, and operations.
• Coordinate with staff to manage event timelines, setup, and follow-up.
• Provide client relationship management throughout sales and event lifecycle.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across Trustees venues and programs.
