Job summary

The Trustees of Reservations in Canton, MA is seeking a Sales & Events Manager for the Eleanor Cabot Bradley Estate. You will lead wedding, corporate, and social event sales, coordinate with exclusive caterers, maintain the events calendar, and drive revenue growth across the portfolio.

You’ll supervise event staff and expand bookings beyond weddings to corporate and nonprofit events. This full-time, exempt role requires strong client relationships, excellent organization, and a hospitality

Qualifications

• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue and sales goals.
• Ability to generate new business and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills with hospitality mindset.
• 5–9 years of sales and management in hospitality, preferably in cultural institutions.
• 2+ years of self-managed experience in weddings, corporate events, and event management.
• Excellent organizational and event management skills; ability to initiate, plan, prioritize and oversee multiple events.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for wedding and private event bookings at your venue, managing inquiries, tours, and day-of coordination.
• Own and achieve annual booking, revenue, profitability, and utilization goals for assigned venue(s).
• Support lead generation and venue promotion by partnering with exclusive caterers and industry professionals.
