Job summary

Gearset is seeking a Premier Customer Success Manager to nurture relationships with some of the world’s largest customers and drive long-term value. You’ll own a portfolio of 80–100 customers, prioritise impact, and collaborate with Account Managers to identify opportunities for growth.

You’ll receive training to build your technical knowledge and support, with a focus on retention and sustainable account growth across a dynamic customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management with responsibility for retention and growth.
• Ability to learn technical concepts and explain them clearly to varied audiences.
• Identify risks and opportunities, and plan practical next steps.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 80–100 customers to maximise value and retention.
• Use product usage data to understand value delivery and areas for improvement.
• Own renewal outcomes and mitigate risks across your portfolio.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities.
• Represent customers internally to influence product and support.
• Develop knowledge of Gearset to converse credibly with technical teams.
