Network Operations Technician – Premier Communications

Premier Communications is seeking a full‑time Network Operations Technician to support the systems that deliver internet, video, and phone services across Northwest Iowa. In this behind‑the‑scenes role, you will help monitor and troubleshoot video delivery platforms, assist with network configurations, and support the integration of technologies that keep our customers connected.

An understanding of information technology, computer networking, and associated hardware is preferred, but training will be provided. A successful candidate will bring strong troubleshooting skills, a collaborative attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. Occasional travel and overtime may be required. Valid driver’s license required.
