Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Premier Client Banker II in Raleigh to drive outbound sales to mass affluent clients, open deposit accounts, and refer opportunities to bank partners. You will deliver financial plan conversations, offer banking solutions, and support consumer investment needs while ensuring compliance and exceptional service.

The role requires knowledge of credit underwriting, Mortgage/Real estate lending, and a structured sales approach to meet individual and team metrics.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 6 years' experience in Financial services relationship management, retail banking, private banking, or wealth management
• Experience in retail banking, private banking or wealth management preferred
• 1+ year licensed in a role
• Series 6, 63 and state-specific life licenses or obtain within a specified timeframe
• First Citizens Investment Services will sponsor Series 7 and 65 or 66 Licenses
