This role involves outreach to both Bank associates and consumers, focusing on opening accounts and lending services. Candidates should possess a degree or extensive sales experience in the financial sector, demonstrating both customer service excellence and financial knowledge. This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.
This position supports sales and service delivery to Bank associates and consumers in target markets. Builds and expands banking relationships virtually through proactive customer outreach and customer service requests. This position is responsible for opening deposit accounts and related banking services and lending (including consumer real estate secured); as well as identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner.
Bachelor's Degree and 1 years of experience in banking, sales, customer service, or lending or financial services sales OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in banking, sales, customer service, or lending or financial services sales
License or Certification Type: Application of a structured sales process, Provides financial guidance and expertise, Financial literacy, Knowledge of retail banking products and services, Financial Analysis, Credit Underwriting , Financial Plan Conversations
