Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination with at least 6 months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members/Guests in a courteous professional manner.
• Mix beverages according to set guidelines to insure uniformity of service.
• Ensure that bar area is properly stocked and maintained.
• Close and act as cashier for the dining room and bar operation.
• Understand menus (preparation and display).
• Has knowledge of mixology.
• Communicate problems or concerns to Outlet Manager or Captain.
• Assist food servers in their duties.
• Clear and waits on tables when needed; ensure bar area is cleaned daily.
• Assist Manager/Captain with monthly inventories for accuracy.
• Attend Resort training classes and outlet staff meetings.
• Follow Resort Standards of Operation procedures.
• Report needed equipment repairs.
• Monitor security of beverage items.
• Be neat in appearance; maintain clean work areas.
• Be available to work at various locations and holidays as needed.
