Hyatt Regency Greenwich is seeking a Banquet Support Associate to assist the Banquet Manager in preparing for events and ensuring a positive guest experience. The role involves extensive physical activity, moving tables, chairs, and equipment, and maintaining clean, ready meeting spaces in a fast-paced environment.

You will work PM shifts with flexibility for AM/PM/Holidays/Weekends as needed, and will be part of a team delivering high-quality service in Fairfield County.

Competenze

• Ability to lift and move items up to 100 lbs.
• Clear verbal and written communication with team and guests.
• Familiarity with different meeting room setups (round, schoolroom, etc.).

Mansioni

• Assist Banquet Manager in preparing banquet events and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Set up all meeting rooms to guest specifications, including staging, tables, chairs, and dance floors.
• Break down rooms after events and return equipment to storage for the next function.
