You will grow and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach, advising on banking and credit solutions, and coordinating with Wealth and Small Business partners to meet financial needs.

This role requires excellent service, adherence to policies, and active NMLS registration; SIE exam and Life & Health license are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years financial/banking experience.
• Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) completed or preferred.
• Active NMLS registration required upon hire.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow, deepen, and retain a mass affluent book of business by proactively addressing banking needs.
• Fluently explain banking and credit products and coordinate with internal partners.
• Acquire and deepen relationships through referrals and outbound prospecting.
• Engage in proactive client outreach via phone, email, and meetings.
• Ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements; provide client education and service.
