Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain a mass affluent book of business and proactively manage client relationships.
• Explain banking products and coordinate with internal partners for solutions.
• Proactively reach out to clients by phone, email, and meetings to review needs and opportunities.
• Deliver excellent service and escalate banking-related risks when appropriate.
