Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to train and supervise Package Handlers and Clerks, focusing on safety, productivity, and timely completion of daily tasks. You will lead teams, coordinate with management, conduct meetings, and ensure high standards of conduct while maintaining strong relationships with employees and customers.

This permanent role requires a bachelor’s degree or international equivalent and prior management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs (32 kg) and work in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Conducts and participates in group meetings.
• Coordinates evaluations with management.
• Determines best solutions for package concerns.
• Supervises daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely.
• Understands and consistently demonstrates UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct.
