Job summary

UPS is seeking a capable supervisor to train and oversee Package Handlers and Clerks, ensuring safety, efficiency, and accuracy in daily operations. This role manages attendance, submits timecards, and leads teams to meet performance standards within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred, and management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week and varying shifts.
• Strong communication skills in English are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Conducts and participates in group meetings.
• Coordinates evaluations with management.
• Determines best solutions for package concerns.
• Supervises daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely.
