Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance, training teams, and drive continuous improvement.

You will ensure high standards of accuracy, organization, and customer service while managing resources to maximize output in a fast-paced warehouse. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, with flexible shifts up to five days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience - Preferred.
