The Attkisson Law Firm LLC in Dayton, Ohio is seeking an experienced, organized pre-litigation paralegal to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the pre-litigation process and will manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement.

Responsibilities include managing caseloads, requesting and reviewing medical records and bills, communicating with clients, preparing demand packages, checking balances with providers, liaising with insurance

Qualificações

• Experience as a paralegal in personal injury pre-litigation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage cases from intake through settlement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage caseload throughout the pre-lit process.
• Request, obtain, and review medical records and bills.
• Communicate with clients on a regular basis.
• Prepare and organize demand packages.
• Check account balances with medical providers.
• Communicate with insurance adjustors.
• Provide support to attorneys in negotiation process.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the attorney and office administrator.
