About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and detail‑oriented Pre‑Litigation Case Manager to join our high‑performing team. You’ll manage a dynamic caseload of personal injury matters from start to finish — ensuring clients receive consistent communication, compassionate support, and exceptional representation. You’ll guide clients through their medical treatment, gather evidence, and help craft persuasive demand letters that tell each client’s story. Physical Requirements: This position is primarily office‑based during regular business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 100 personal injury cases with care and precision.
• Maintain regular communication with clients every two weeks to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure they feel supported.
• Collaborate with attorneys in weekly case reviews to strategize and move cases forward.
• Draft compelling demand letters that clearly communicate liability, medical treatment, damages, and each client’s personal story.
• Support settlement negotiations through adjuster communications, demand preparation, and negotiating resolution of claims, all in accordance with firm policies and ethical guidelines.
• Monitor clients’ medical treatment progress and ensure compliance with prescribed care.
• Request, review, and summarize medical and billing records throughout the treatment phase.
• Identify and address liability or treatment gaps early in the case.
• Keep all case data accurate and up to date in Filevine case management software.
• Follow established firm policies and procedures through case resolution.
• Assist with other case management duties as needed — we’re a team that wins together.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pre‑litigation case management experience in personal injury law.
• Experience drafting persuasive demand letters that tell a client’s story and support strong settlement outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with insurance adjusters and independently conduct pre‑litigation settlement negotiations, including preparing demand materials, conveying case updates, and negotiating resolution of claims in accordance with firm policies and ethical guidelines.
• Strong understanding of motor vehicle collision claims and related injuries.
• Exceptional communication skills — written and verbal — with a compassionate, client‑centered approach.
• Excellent organizational, multi‑tasking, and time management abilities.
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency in Filevine or similar case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and team‑oriented mindset.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience supervising or mentoring team members.
• A college degree or paralegal certification.
• Fluency in speaking Spanish (Bilingual).

Compensation: $24 - $34 hourly.
