Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a hands-on Learning Coach at our Austin campus. You will spend time in classrooms modeling facilitation, coaching Guides, and designing adaptive learning themes based on real-time developmental data.

You will lead 1:1 and small-group coaching, develop play-based blocks, and ensure family updates reflect measurable milestones. Relocation support is provided for in-person work at Alpha Austin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with children ages 3–5.
• Experience coaching or managing educators with performance accountability.
• Ability to design and implement play-based curricula.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaching sessions for PreK Guides and celebrate measurable wins.
• Design and facilitate play-based blocks balancing SEL, literacy, numeracy, and motor skills.
• Review and calibrate Guide documentation weekly for rubric alignment.
• Prepare family updates and run team huddles to align campus-wide readiness goals.
